Paramount Urgent Care Testimonials

I had an appointment to get my blood drawn and to have some tests run. I am usually horrified of having my blood drawn because it seems like even though I have veins sticking out everywhere no one can get the needle in my vein the first try or they do something that makes me never want to go back. Well, I am happy to say that my experience with Paramount Urgent Care was the exact opposite. I went in preparing myself for the same previous incidents I have had in the past, but to my surprise the pregnant assistant took my blood and I didn’t even feel a pinch. It was incredible. I have never felt so comfortable or at ease at any hospital or clinic. She did a phenomenal job. Also the P.A. Adrian Easterling was very kind, knowledgeable, and seemed sincerely concerned for my well being. We discussed the procedure and my symptoms and he said he would have the results soon. Again to my surprise he called me two days later with the results and good news! Thank you for a great experience and giving me a place I can refer my friends and family to.

Hello, I wanted to drop a note to say thank you for the excellent quick and friendly service. In April my two children and I were on vacation and my 18 year old had a horrible toothache from a bad tooth and her face was swelling and in severe pain on the day we were heading to epcot. We visited your newest center in Clermont, and was in and out in less than an hour and everyone was so great. Your office decoration is beautiful. Your front desk receptionist was so wonderful with helping with directions to the nearest pharmacy on the way to Epcot, which is always great because I feel the front desk is the face of the company and will make or break a return patient visit. I am the Client Service Manger for Occupational Healthcare and Urgent Care for Ohio’s Largest Urgent Care. And as we all know too well people are always willing to complain before compliment. I have mentioned your facility several times to any friends who are visiting the area if they are in need of Urgent Care needs. Again, thank you for the great service.

My husband and I would like to thank you for the wonderful service and great care he received during our vacation the week of March 29th. We are from Indiana and my husband developed a pilonidal cyst and needed immediate care. He was in so much pain. I don’t think I have seen him in that much pain and discomfort before. We were so thankful to find your urgent care. We had to come back for a follow-up a couple days later and both times we were very impressed with the care and knowledge of the staff. Both providers were very helpful and did a wonderful job. My husband had an appointment with our family doctor yesterday to check on the cyst and he said that it healed up nicely and that it looked like the providers did a great job.
